Book Courses

  • Once you have completed the online registration and sent the enrollment form for each SSI course/event, and completed the payment of each course/event enrollment deposit or full fee, we will immediately process your SSI online enrollment.
  • Once registration is complete, go to your mailbox to receive SSI student emails and log in with your preset account password. View digital materials on your phone, tablet, or PC.
  • Please upload your photo ID (life photo is acceptable, only front photo is required) or pass it to the instructor to upload it for you 7 days before the class.
  • Remittance Account: If you wish to use wire transfer, please contact us to obtain our remittance account information.

  • Changes to the scheduled class date must be informed 7 days in advance. If there is a change within 7 days or an unexcused absence from class, excluding force majeure (natural disasters/accidents), an additional NTD$3,000 will be borne. If you miss class due to physical discomfort, you need to present the hospital registration receipt to be exempted from the additional burden.
  • If a student abandons the course on his own initiative, or is unfit to continue diving due to physical discomfort and is certified by a doctor, the course fee refund method is as follows:
  • NTD$5,000 non-refundable deposit for online course materials; NTD$6,000 refundable if you have taken a course; NTD$4,000 refundable if you have taken a calm water/pool internship course; NTD$2,000 refundable if you have taken an open water internship course.
  • If a physical license is required, a fee of NTD$500 per card will be charged for the printing of the physical license card, which will be obtained by the Training Center within two weeks and notified to the trainee for collection.
  • After enrollment, the student's registration will be kept for six months. If there is a problem with the student, he/she will have to take additional classes. Please complete the course within six months. If you have not completed the course after the six-month period, please re-enroll and pay the course fee. If you do not complete the course, you will be required to pay a supplemental fee of NT$1,000/day/set of equipment and NT$800/cylinder and training fee per person.
  • Diving courses are by appointment only. The class time and time slot scheduled by the student will depend on the class. If there are other students taking classes during that period, they will be processed according to the class they registered for.
    If there is only one student, it will be handled as a 1VS1 course with a dedicated coach.

Booking Fee Collection

(A) Deposit: 30% deposit is required to reserve your diving activities and accommodation. Reservations for more than 3 consecutive days require a 50% deposit.

(B) Full Payment: The full balance of the contract is due and payable in full prior to the date of check-in or the start date of the program. Derivative charges will be settled on the date of check-out or the end of the program, and the amount paid will be retained as a non-refundable credit for future purchases.

Change reservation activities/accommodations

(A) If a passenger requests a change in the content of his/her request after making a reservation, he/she shall not be required to pay any fees for the change.

(B) Changes are limited to one time. If the change notification is received four days prior to the scheduled event date/accommodation date, the amount paid may be retained for use as a discount within 90 days, and no refunds will be given.

(C) Order changes or reservations will not be accepted within three days prior to check-in or event.

Cancel Booking

(A) Force majeure: On the day of the booked accommodation, due to force majeure or other events that are not attributable to the person on that day, such as the issuance of sea and land typhoon warnings, earthquakes, or floods resulting in traffic disruptions, etc., the hotel may choose to postpone or refund the deposit in full. (Based on the status issued by the county (city) government where the hotel is located.)

(B) Personal Factor: Cancellations are subject to a pro-rated deposit and $100 handling fee as follows:

  1. Guests whose notice of cancellation arrives before 14 days prior to the scheduled date of stay may request a refund of 100% of the deposit paid.
  2. Guests whose notice of cancellation arrives between 10 and 13 days prior to the scheduled date of stay may request a refund of 70% of the deposit paid.
  3. Guests whose notice of cancellation arrives between 7 and 9 days prior to the scheduled date of stay may request a refund of 50% of the deposit paid.
  4. Guests whose notice of cancellation arrives between 4 and 6 days prior to the scheduled date of stay may request a refund of 40% of the deposit paid.
  5. Guests whose notice of cancellation arrives 2 to 3 days prior to the scheduled date of stay may request a refund of 30% of the deposit paid.
  6. If the notice of cancellation arrives before the first day of the scheduled stay, the Guest may request a refund of 20% of the deposit paid.
  7. If the Guest's notice of cancellation arrives on the day of the scheduled stay or if the Guest fails to notify the Guest of the cancellation, the Guest shall not be entitled to a refund of the full amount of the deposit paid.

(C) Refund Method for Booking Diving Activities

  • If the weather is not suitable for diving, all fees and activities can be reserved for one year from the date of the activity. The interpretation is final.
  • If you are unable to participate in the diving activity due to personal reasons on the day of the event or before the event begins, the booking deposit is non-refundable, or 50% of the total activity fee may be refunded.
  • If you are unable to participate in or give up the diving activity due to personal reasons on the day of the activity or during the “activity in progress”, the diving activity cannot be reserved and the booking fee or activity fee cannot be refunded.
